Biodegradable ice cream cups in 3 sizes
No matter if you are looking to serve samples in the street, bigger portions of your delicious gelato in your shop or anything in-between, we guarantee that we have just the right size for you! The measurements on the biodegradable ice cream cups are slightly different from our normal ice cream cups and come in the following 3 sizes: 115 ml (4 oz), 180 ml (6 oz) and 220 ml (7 oz). The cups are produced with a matte surface.

Our biodegradable ice cream cups are printed with the traditional offset-print method, which is guaranteed to deliver high-quality results at both small and large amounts. We print our biodegradable ice cream cups with CMYK-colors in full-color print, which means that you are free to choose and mix almost as many colors as you want when creating the perfect design for your cups, without having to pay any extra cost. Your imagination is the absolute only thing that sets the limit!

Compostable and recyclable ice cream cups
Our biodegradable ice cream cups are 100% compostable and recyclable. Instead of the typical PE-coating used for ordinary ice cream cups, the biodegradable ice cream cups are layered with a water-based coating, which means they are fully recyclable with paper.
Even though the gelato cups are compostable, we do not encourage you to throw them in nature, but to recycle them in a proper way. If in doubt, you can always check with your local recycling facilities. Since it can be very difficult to distinguish between the ordinary and biodegradable ice cream cups, we want to counteract this by marking the ice cream cups with bio-labels.

ISO 14001:2015
This is in contrast to ISO 9001:2015 a certificate that ensures the product will live up to a certain environmental standard og they will keep lowering their environmental impact. It ensures that the production takes action regarding the environment.
FSC®
FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Council®, which is an independent organization established with a focus on that the paper industry ensures good conditions for the employees and the forests. This both entails that no more trees are cut down than replanted, and that the production supports the local environment. We are FSC certified under FSC® C132484, SCS-COC-005763-BC.
UNI EN 15593:2008
This is a packaging safety control system, which is a standard for how a manufacturer has to ensure food contact materials are handled and live up to the demands of being in contact with.
