What the second wall changes
Branded double-wall coffee cups add an outer paper layer for a more comfortable hold when serving hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
Single-wall cups have one paper layer. Double wall adds insulation between the drink and the hand holding it, making it a useful choice for hot drinks to take away.

Choose a finish for your printed design
Keep these details in mind when choosing your finish and preparing your cup design:
- Choose matt for a low-sheen surface or glossy for a shiny finish. Both options let you print your logo, colours and artwork around the cup.
- Full-colour CMYK printing is included, with no extra charge for additional colours. Use a simple logo layout or a design that wraps around the outer wall.
- The bottom of the double-wall cup stays white and unprinted. Keep essential text and artwork within the printable area shown in your template.
- Request a sample to compare the physical finishes. Your 3D proof shows the artwork on your chosen cup before you approve it for printing.
Choose the inner coating separately
Your branded double-wall paper cups are available with a standard PE lining or a Bio water-based coating. The wall type provides insulation; the inner coating holds the liquid.
Choose the available coating for your cup and check local collection rules before recycling. Acceptance depends on the facilities where the cups will be disposed of.
